Our Residents visit the 2008 Royal Adelaide Show

This fantastic excursion was enjoyed by 9 residents from our two sites – Ashman Grove and Churchill Court. The 4 hours was just not enough time. First we visited the Animal Nursery, then off to the new Goyder Pavillion to look at all the crafts, cakes, flowers etc. We then had some lunch before heading into the Showbag Pavillion. Once fully loaded with our goodies, we visited the SA Great Taste Tent (and tasted all the samples along the way). Some then visited the Pet Centre, whilst others visited the Dairy Hall. We all agreed that we wanted to stay on and see the rest of the showgrounds – including the famous Sideshow Alley! Maybe next year.
