Crossroads workshops will help you with information and resources to help you plan for the future. The aim of this programme is to support Carers of children with a disability, and to assist them in planning ahead to anticipate and address changing needs.
Examples of workshops include:
"Storybook" planning including a 48 hour emergency respite plans
Respite and other services
Legal issues including making a will
Post School Options
Mental Health resources
Emotional and other issues related to raising a child with a disability
