Crossroads Program

Are you caring for a school-aged child with a disability?
Do you worry about their future support if something happens to you?
Are you worried about what will happen once they leave school?
Would you like information on services out there who can help?
Would you like to make a plan for their future?

Crossroads workshops will help you with information and resources to help you plan for the future.  The aim of this programme is to support Carers of children with a disability, and to assist them in planning ahead to anticipate and address changing needs.

Examples of workshops include:
"Storybook" planning including a 48 hour emergency respite plans
Respite and other services
Legal issues including making a will
Post School Options
Mental Health resources
Emotional and other issues related to raising a child with a disability
