Westside Housing Association Inc is a Community Housing provider auspiced by UnitingCare Wesley Bowden.

Housing Reforms gazetted by the South Australian Government on 3rd March 2000 ensures prospective tenants comply with specific criteria to gain low income housing.

People who are targeted are the most vulnerable in housing need i.e.

• Refugees
• At risk of homelessness
• Homeless
  
• Domestic Violence
• Single parents

Westside Housing currently has 201 properties all tenanted by people on low incomes.

All applicants undergo a comprehensive interview to determine if they are eligible to be placed on our waiting list.
